Q. How do I place an order on the site?

To Select and Pay for your Purchase :

  1. Browse our Product range using the the various tools on our website.
  2. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  3. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed with payment.
  4. If you have not already logged in, you will be required to log into the site. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed with payment.
  5. You will need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  6. You will need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  7. You will need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  8. Once steps 1 through 7 are complete, you will need to reconfirm your billing details and agree to the terms and condition.
  9. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  1. Log into your account on Kemuja.com
  2. Click on “Account Maintenance”
  3. Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and enter the email address that was used to register the account, in the field provided.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, click on the link provided in the email.
  4. You will be able to choose a new password for your account on the password recovery website.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?


Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

  • Please send an email to our customers service email at enquiry@kemuja.com with the message subject “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the intent to cancel the order.
  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

All transactions are conducted in Ringgit Malaysia.


Q. How long does the delivery usually take?


Delivery usually will takes about three (3) to five (5) working days for delivery to locations in Peninsula Malaysia; seven (7) to ten (10) working days for delivery to locations in East Malaysia. International Deliveries are dependent on couriers used and local customs clearance in respective countries.
